Are you an adult or young adult navigating life with mental health challenges, possibly ADHD, dyslexia, or another neurodivergent condition?

Balancing daily tasks, work, school, and relationships can be tough, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, or stress. Whether you’re in college, engaged in your career, or juggling various life responsibilities, it can feel like the world wasn’t designed for the way your brain works—but you don’t have to face it alone.

**Mental Health Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions**

Sometimes the strategies that once worked just aren’t working anymore. Therapy can help when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, or major life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure what comes next.

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and build healthier ways of coping and moving forward. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping you create a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and like your own.

**Couples Therapy**

Relationships change because people change. Using the Gottman Method, I help couples improve communication, navigate conflict, reconnect, and feel more like teammates again.

My work is especially suited for couples navigating ADHD or neurodivergence, including late-in-life diagnosis or new recognition of long-standing patterns, as well as transitions like perimenopause and menopause, changing intimacy, shifting roles, and growing together through midlife.

For couples looking to go deeper, private couples retreats and intensives are also available in New Orleans.

**ADHD and executive functioning support**

Knowing what you need to do and actually getting yourself to do it can be two very different things. ADHD and executive functioning challenges can affect everything from time management and organization to finances, routines, household responsibilities, and follow-through.

Rather than forcing yourself into systems that weren’t designed for how your brain works, we’ll develop realistic, neurodiversity-affirming strategies that fit your life; helping you reduce overwhelm, work with your strengths, and make everyday life function a little more smoothly.
